Leeza Wray is the CEO of Waterski and Wakeboard Australia, a role she has held since 2015, where she leads strategic planning, operations, risk management, and business development across all disciplines of the sport.  She has had extensive experience leading companies at a senior management level, with expertise in organisational growth, marketing, human resources, team leadership and finance.  Leeza also brings decades of governance experience through her long-term voluntary roles in WA watersports associations.  She holds an Advanced Diploma of Business Management and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management.  In her spare time, Leeza enjoys both watersports and following motorsport.
