Paul Hobbs has served as President of Waterski and Wakeboard Australia since 2020 and brings more than 30 years of involvement in waterskiing across club, state and national levels. As President of WAWA, he represents Australia internationally through the IWWF Oceania Confederation, where he is appointed Vice President. Paul is a Life Member and Hall of Fame inductee of the WA Waterski Association. Paul is the Owner and Managing Director of Allcraft Projects, established in 1992. He leads a team of staff and a large subcontractor network delivering complex, multi‑site maintenance and project services. Paul brings strong experience in governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement and strategic planning to the WAWA Board. Outside the sport, he has practised Taekwondo for over 30 years and holds a 4th Dan black belt.
