She brings over a decade of experience scaling businesses across multiple industries and international markets, including time as Managing Director of an architectural visualisation firm operating across six global markets. Sam’s professional foundation spans operations, governance, corporate compliance, and commercial strategy. She holds an independent chair role on the Nominations Committee and has a longstanding connection to the watersports community through her son, a competitive cable wakeboarder. Outside of work, Sam enjoys strength training, walking, and literary fiction.
