Shelley Stephens brings a strong background in administration and community services, combined with a deep commitment to community engagement and member protection.  She has contributed through volunteer roles with Wesley Mission’s Kids Under Canvas program, the United Nations in Singapore, and Refugee Legal, gaining experience supporting vulnerable communities and promoting safe, inclusive environments.  Shelley holds a Certificate IV in Community Services, a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology and Asia & the Pacific, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business and Marketing.  She has travelled widely, gaining insight into diverse cultures across Morocco, Cuba, Laos, and the Middle East, and enjoys reading on sociological topics and tending to her garden.
