MEET OUR FINANCE AND RISK COMMITTEE

The Finance and Risk Committee plays a key role in supporting the Board’s oversight of the organisation’s financial management and risk framework.  It is responsible for monitoring financial performance, budgeting, and reporting processes, as well as ensuring appropriate internal controls and compliance obligations are in place.  The committee also identifies and assesses potential risks, providing guidance to safeguard the organisation’s assets, reputation, and long-term sustainability.
